Building rocket-mail, an in-house email platform running cohort-based, multi-step campaigns with AWS SES sending and SNS event tracking of bounces, complaints, opens, and clicks, replacing Zapier, Calendly, and Razorpay email workflows. Architected a scalable BullMQ queue system as the async backbone for notifications, emails, documents, invoices, and meta events across 5 verticals, with zero-downtime processing, automated retries, and failure handling. Led the launch and data migration of the Men’s and Women’s Health product lines, moving 6K+ existing users onto the new platform.

Created an Android invoice-parsing app using Google MLKit and a fine-tuned NER BiLSTM model, cutting invoice processing time by 30%. Enabled users to scan, extract, and store invoice details locally with an offline-first design, preserving data privacy and eliminating server dependency.

Optimized the onboarding flow for the lead-generation tool, increasing user retention by 25%, and shipped a feature using AWS Lambdas to prevent exhaustion of third-party API credit limits.

Led the development of a cluster management web dashboard for the Kvrocks controller with core Kvrocks team. Implemented user-friendly interfaces and features to enhance shard, node monitoring for improved usability.

Engineered a Whiteboard integration web app within RocketChat, enhancing team collaboration. Employed webpack bundling for Excalidraw’s code, delivering a 40% compressed React website for seamless deployment which pushed Apps Engine capabilities and is now also being utilized in 2 more projects.

Mentoring AI Assistant to help with understanding RocketChat core codebase project this year at Rocket.Chat. Regularly engaging with over 50 contributors leading to 30% increase in the number of successfully merged PRs.
